Drop shipping, allows BK to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf.

If you intend to fulfill orders using drop shipping, you must always:

1. Change your address to reflect your customers address. We can't change, cancel, or exchange any order if you do not do this.

2. Please note the brand is in the listing as mock up.

3. For each order you must check out with a different shipping address unless you want them to be shipped all to one person

4. Your customers label will read 227 E Virginia Ave, Springfield, KY 40069

5. You can opt to have us press shirts for you to ship to your customers (example you sell 10 shirts, check out one time and they all ship to you and you send to your customers) or we can directly ship to your customers.

6. Please select ROUTE INSURANCE. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS

7. We will provide a size chart that you can send to your customers. Please note we are not responsible for garments not fitting your customers and will not accept returns due to this issue.

8. Returns & Exchanges are not permitted unless there is a flaw with the garment itself. We will not refund if your customer is not happy with the fit/color etc. We will be descriptive as possible and you are welcome to email us at bkdesignsandblanks@gmail.com or chat with us here on the website if you have questions.

9. We will have ship dates on all listings, this is when your order will ship. Example: Ships 12/9 means your order will ship by 12/9 (hopefully sooner). If we have an influx of orders, we will change ship dates as needed but this will not affect orders already placed. Whatever date your item reflects upon checkout will be the date accurate for your order.

10. If you have any questions/concerns, please email us or ask in the chat. You can leave any order instructions in the box in your listing.

Shipping Policy

Missing, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective, incorrect, or missing items, please email bksdesignsandblanks@gmail.com with your order number within 72 hours of order delivery. If you receive defective, incorrect, or missing items and notify BK Designs and Blanks LLC after 72 hours of order delivery, the customer will be responsible for any rush fees and/or shipping upgrades and expenses. We will respond to all email inquiries within 24-48 hours.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, please file a Route Insurance claim at https://claims.route.com. Route Insurance is a shipping insurance provider that is available to all customers at checkout for a small fee. If you choose not to purchase Route Insurance, you must contact the shipping provider that was selected at checkout for reimbursement. USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express hav insurance provided directly through them. BK Designs & Blanks LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once your order is in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and Route Insurance fees will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without a tracking number, BK cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund Policy

 Returns
All orders older than 30 days are not eligible for returns. If 30 days have passed since initial purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The item must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will provide a return label at the customer's expense.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 Refunds

Not all items are eligible for refunds. If an item is not eligible for refund, it will be explained in the description of the item listing.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within typically 7-10 business days. This may be longer depending the processing party used to complete the initial transaction.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bkdesignsandblanks@gmail.com.

Cancellations
If your recent purchase needs to be cancelled, you must email us at bkdesignsandblanks@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order. We will refund the order amount minus Route Insurance fees to the original payment method used. If you need to cancel after 24 hours after the original purchase, we will refund the order amount minus Route Insurance fees and a 20% restocking fee. We will respond to all email inquiries within 24-48 hours.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
