Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If you receive your order and it is damaged please reach out to us immediately via our "Contact Us" button or email us at bkdesignsandblanks@gmail.com with photo proof of damages so we can send you a replacement or a store credit that will be valid for 30 days. Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case by case basis. We are NOT responsible for stolen items and/or items not received and/or items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. In the event that your order qualifies for a refund, we will issue a BK Store Credit within 48-72 hours.
If you are needing to file a claim on a missing or damaged order please email us within 48 hours of delivery at bkdesignsandblanks@gmail.com.
If your package is damaged please send photos to the above email.
*Packages marked as DELIVERED via the shipping service (USPS or UPS) will need to go directly through them.
BK Designs and Blanks, LLC is not responsible for stolen packages. Route insurance is available and this is the only way to receive a refund once the package has been shipped. You MUST contact Route DIRECTLY. We do not handle these issues in house.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
